But to do that, you must keep your dance floors packed, your dancers happy, and your groovebar full by matching beats with some of your favorite 80`s hits.The DesignThe idea behind Downbeat is simple: Create a downloadable rhythm-action game. In Execution, however, the game was incredibly challenging (in a fun way) to execute. We went through at least a dozen completely different layouts for the main game interface before settling on the final version. As with any rhythm-action game, balancing difficulty was also quite tricky: the line Between absurdly easy and absurdly hard was often very thin.
